The network was planned around the offices in the quotation. Cabling and wireless coverage were in place at handover, and the notes made it clear what support was included afterwards. Follow-up questions about the wireless coverage were answered against that same scope.
ICT & networkingReviews
Sound for the room was ready before the session started. The conferencing layout matched the quotation, and support stayed through the time that had been agreed. Recording was limited to the portion named in the quotation, and the handover notes listed what was left on site.
Audio-visual & streamingReviews
Cameras covered the areas named in the quotation. The recorder was set for the retention we agreed, and handover included a clear explanation of how viewing works on site. Remote viewing was described as depending on the building network, which matched the scope we had asked to have quoted.
CCTV & securityReviews
The units were sized for the rooms in the quotation. Servicing followed the agreed schedule, and the work that needed a qualified technician was handled that way. The visit notes listed what was checked, what was left as it was, and when the next service was due.
Air conditioningReviews
Pickup and delivery followed the timing in the quotation. The load and route matched that plan, and the move was completed inside it. Equipment that was not on the agreed list stayed where it was, and the delivery note matched the rooms we had named.
